You will work on high-value, multi-jurisdictional projects where legal decisions have direct commercial and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex EPC, BoP, and procurement contracts for international renewable energy projects
- Advise on legal and contractual matters throughout development, construction, financing, and divestment phases
- Act as a strategic advisor to EPC and Procurement teams, ensuring alignment between legal frameworks and project execution
- Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies, balancing legal robustness with commercial pragmatism
- Develop and implement innovative contractual structures to support bankability and scalability

- Strengthen collaboration between Legal and business functions, acting as a bridge between legal and technical teams
- Contribute to the continuous development of templates, processes, and best practices within EPC Legal
Your Profile
- You hold an EU or UK law degree and are a qualified lawyer
- Experience in construction law (e.g. FIDIC) and complex commercial contracts, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects
- Proven ability to handle high-value negotiations and contractual structures
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate legal advice into practical solutions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, knowing when to push and when to compromise
- Comfortable working independently with high responsibility, while also thriving in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in renewable energy is an advantage
What We Offer
We offer an exciting and varied role in a fast-paced, international company. You will be part of a dynamic and professional environment, where you will have a central role in our business model.
