Imagine a future where you help strengthen compliance, security, and standardisation across our trading applications, ensuring they operate reliably and in line with internal and regulatory expectations.

You'll be part of Trading ART, where you together with your colleagues will support application compliance, lifecycle activities, and governance across a complex portfolio supporting energy trading processes. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, architects, security, and compliance stakeholders to align requirements and ensure effective implementation.

As a team, we collaborate openly, value structure and clarity, and support each other in creating a well‑governed and resilient application environment.

You'll play an important role in

  • translating compliance and NIS2 requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams
  • driving documentation standards, ensuring procedures, processes, and lifecycle requirements are clear, updated, and accessible
  • coordinating with developers, product owners, and security teams to ensure compliance‑related activities are implemented effectively
  • supporting vulnerability management, lifecycle planning, and remediation efforts across applications in the trading area
  • contributing to audits, assessments, and evidence gathering by ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up on required actions
  • acting as the primary point of contact for compliance topics within the Trading ART, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you

  • have experience in compliance, application management, or operational governance within complex IT environments, or equivalent experience
  • understand IT service management practices and apply them pragmatically in day‑to‑day collaboration with technical teams
