Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for continuously developing and executing the Procurement capability building strategy in our global Procurement organization which counts more than 300 procurement professionals across the globe. Our aim is to be recognized as a diverse, inclusive, and competent global talent platform with a healthy work environment. You'll have the opportunity to develop and enhance leadership, onboarding, and training programmes, as well as individual development tracks, for all colleagues in Procurement in close collaboration with Senior Management, Human Resources, and our team members.

You'll be part of our Procurement Management Office (PMO) where you, together with your approx. 30 colleagues, will work in a dynamic cross-functional role with key stakeholders around the world driving the functional excellence. Within our Team, you will focus on developing the competences of the whole Procurement organization through an elaborate structure of internal and external learning opportunities.

You'll play an important role in

  • leading procurement capability building globally by defining the strategy with key stakeholders and driving its execution
  • developing capability frameworks for key procurement competencies and identifying capability gaps
  • building and continuously refining the Procurement Academy to address current and future functional capability needs
  • designing and delivering learning events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • measuring the impact of capability initiatives through relevant KPIs and structuring onboarding across Procurement globally.

To succeed in the role, you

  • have a proven track record of designing and running a capability building programme in a global organization, preferably within the procurement / supply chain area (incl. key competences such as sourcing, category management, contract management, costing and other relevant)
  • can communicate in a structured and concise matter in all levels in the organization
  • can work independently and have the capability of defining initiatives on a strategic level and turning them into concrete, operational deliverables
  • collaborate well with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • can successfully execute the capability building programme & learning events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • are fluent in English on negotiation level in both verbally and in writing
