The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste

  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
