Job Description

As a Working Student in Compensation & Benefits, you will support the team in shaping and implementing a harmonized Job Architecture framework across the organization. You will contribute to the preparation and roll-out of the long-term incentive plan across multiple entities and countries, while assisting with the analysis, structuring, and documentation of job profiles, job levels, and career paths. In this role, you will also support data analysis and benchmarking activities related to compensation structures and incentive plans. You will gain hands-on exposure to strategic reward projects with high visibility and real business impact, working closely with experienced HR experts and stakeholders across HR and the wider business.

What you will do

  • Prepare insights and materials for board-level meetings to support key compensation decisions.
  • Analyze highly sensitive compensation data to help shape the Total Rewards strategy.
  • Contribute a Total Rewards perspective to ongoing HR and business operations.
  • Drive Job Architecture initiatives by analyzing and documenting job profiles, levels, and career paths.
  • Conduct data analysis and benchmarking for compensation structures and incentive plans.
  • Collaborate with HR experts and business stakeholders on high-impact reward projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with sensitive data.
