Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Regensburg suchen wir ab sofort Dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Human Resources

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das HR-Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben der Personalarbeit
  • Im Bereich Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement arbeitest du aktiv mit und erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen
  • Im Bereich Personalbetreuung unterstützt du z.B. bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation im Bereich Managementsysteme
  • Du hilfst uns bei der Betreuung des Personalmanagementsystems (Rexx Systems) inkl. der Datenpflege
  • Zudem erhältst du Einblicke in interessante HR-Projekte (z.B. Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Employer Branding)
  • Im Bereich Office Management unterstützt du bei administrativen Aufgaben (z.B. Überarbeitung von Richtlinien, Organisation von Workshops und Teamevents)

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Personal, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Du interessierst dich für Personalmanagement / HR
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources
  • Du hast eine strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind sehr gut
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Du bist ab Juli 2026 für ca. 15-20 Std/Woche verfügbar
