Are you ready to play a central part in growing NKT's planning organization and contribute to major projects that power the green transition? As Senior Manager Project Planning, you will lead, develop and inspire a team of project planners supporting our global project portfolio.
Manage and develop a growing project planning organizationIn this role, you will develop a team of project planners, ensuring high planning standards across tenders and projects while embedding NKT's leadership principles. Improvements in tools and processes are implemented, ensuring high‑quality planning deliverables. In addition, you coach your team, balance workloads and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to elevate planning performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a skilled team of project planners across all functional areas.
- Maintain planning quality by ensuring consistent use of standards, guidelines and processes
- Ensure timely delivery of planning documents for tenders and projects
- Coordinate continuous improvements, including new tools, methods and reporting systems
- Oversee workload balancing, delegation and coordination across planning teams
