In dieser Position übernehme ich eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres datengetriebenen Arbeitens im Projektmanagement von AC-Onshore Grid.

Meine Aufgaben
Datenmanagement & Analyse
- Strukturierung, Pflege und Qualitätsprüfung von Daten (Projekt-, Asset-, Einkaufs- und Prozessdaten),
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen,
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines zentralen Datenmodells für Reporting und Entscheidungsunterstützung,
- Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Analyse von fachlichen Anforderungen an Tools als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT.
Reporting & Tools
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Dokumentation von Power-BI-Dashboards,
- Erstellung von standardisierten Reports für Management und Fachbereiche (MS Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI),
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Analyseprozesse.
Automatisierung & Digitalisierung
- Umsetzung einfacher Automatisierungen in MS Office (z. B. Power Automate, VBA, Power Query),
- Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungsinitiativen und Schnittstellenprojekten.
SAP
- Key-User SAP,

Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (auch Berufseinsteiger*innen willkommen),
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power BI (Datenmodellierung, DAX-Grundlagen),
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot, Power Query, Formeln, Datenverarbeitung),
- Grundkenntnisse in SAP - idealerweise im Modul MM oder PM,
- Hohe Affinität für Daten, Struktur und Prozessverständnis,
- Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beide C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Power Automate, Power Query oder einfachen VBA-Makros,
