Promote health and safety across local operationsAs an HS Specialist in Karlskrona, you will work close to daily operations and contribute to safe, healthy, and sustainable ways of working. This role combines practical HS activities with advisory support, helping the organization reduce incidents and improve wellbeing across the site. You will be part of a global company supporting the green transition while helping improve safety and wellbeing in everyday business. Do you want a role where health and safety are closely connected to real operational needs?Support daily operations with practical health and safety focusIn this position, you will be part of the HS Team KKA in Karlskrona, working closely with production and support functions. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining local HS procedures, advising the organization in operational matters, and contributing to continuous improvements in health and safety performance. You support managers and teams by providing clear guidance, structured follow-up, and practical solutions aligned with business needs.Your responsibility will be to:

  • Support operations in reaching HS objectives and applying procedures
  • Participate in root cause analysis related to incidents and accidents
  • Act as a supporting role in investment projects
  • Prepare and carry out health and safety training and common education
  • Take part in risk assessments and HS-related evaluations
