Spécialiste des études de productible, des audits techniques de financement et de rachat de portfolio, de l'optimisation d'actifs et de conseils stratégiques auprès des développeurs, investisseurs et exploitants, NATURAL POWER est reconnu pour la qualité de son savoir-faire. En réalisant des missions d'études, d'expertise et de conseil, nous couvrons pour nos clients toutes les étapes du cycle de vie d'un projet EnR; étude de faisabilité, développement, construction et exploitation des infrastructures et repowering.
Gestion de projet (80%)
- Réaliser des études et revues de design de parcs éoliens au stade initial du projet et fournir des conseils aux clients en développement de projet, notamment connexion au réseau, processus de développement, conception, vente d'électricité, etc...
- Fournir des services d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour des parcs éoliens en construction.
- Interagir de manière proactive avec les clients, les entrepreneurs et les autres parties prenantes du projet, en démontrant sa capacité à gérer des projets complexes et difficiles dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables.
- Gérer la relation client spécifique aux projets et représenter les clients dans la vente, l'achat et le financement des actifs.
- Apporter un soutien au département Conseil pour les audits techniques, plus particulièrement la revue des contrats et des études de conception des actifs éoliens.
- Gestion des contrats et interprétation des principaux contrats de projet, fourniture de turbines et aux contrats de type EPC ou allotis.
- Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets
- Interface quasi quotidienne avec le resident engineer en phase construction et déplacement et déplacement régulier sur site en fonction de l'avancement du projet.
- Assurer que les services proposés sont réalisés conformément aux standards de sécurité de Natural Power : analyse de risque, méthodes, suivi du contrôle des EPI, formations réglementaires
Transverse (20%)
- Suivre l'évolution de l'offre technique sur le marché (éolien mais aussi PV et stockage) et rendre l'information disponible aux départements intéressés via des outils internes existants
- Participer aux différents groupes de travail internes sur des sujets techniques
- Partager un domaine d'expertise avec le reste des équipes.
- Participer à l'augmentation de l'efficacité du service Construction
