Deine Aufgaben

  • Sorgfalt & Überblick: Du verbuchst eigenständig Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie sonstige Buchungs- und Zahlungsvorgänge - für die MaxSolar GmbH und/oder ihre Tochtergesellschaften. Du bereitest Zahlungen und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen vor und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Konten im Griff: Du führst Kontenabstimmungen durch und behältst die Finanzen stets im Blick.
  • Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und Kolleg*innen aus dem Finance-Team.
  • Teamplayer mit Mehrwert: Du unterstützt die Abteilung Finance bei administrativen Aufgaben und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise mit MS Dynamics, Simba oder einer ähnlichen Software wie z.B. Datev.
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Lust, in einem dynamischen, zukunftsorientierten Umfeld zu wirken.
