- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure effective preventive measures are in place.
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Monitor environmental performance, manage waste, and promote sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders on all EHS-related matters.
Your profile

- A university degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an EHS management role, preferably within the renewable energy or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level for both).
