El Trainee de Ingeniería Mecánica es responsable de apoyar la continuidad operativa dentro del equipo de Ingeniería de Transformadores de Distribución en Guanajuato. Esta posición temporal de 12 meses está diseñada para brindar soporte al área de ingeniería, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los tiempos de proyecto y objetivos del departamento.
El rol se enfoca en dos áreas principales: el apoyo técnico directo a ingenieros senior en actividades de diseño y modelado, y la asistencia en la gestión de documentación técnica y cumplimiento de procesos de ingeniería.
El trainee participará en la creación y modificación de diseños mecánicos, interpretación de planos, apoyo en prototipos, así como en actividades de validación y pruebas. Esto le permitirá adquirir experiencia práctica en ingeniería de transformadores, trabajando en proyectos reales mientras desarrolla habilidades técnicas bajo los lineamientos de Siemens Energy.
Cuál es tu responsabilidad
- Apoyar a ingenieros senior en la creación y modificación de diseños mecánicos 2D/3D mediante software CAD
- Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de listas de materiales (BOM) y especificaciones técnicas
- Participar en revisiones de diseño y reuniones de ingeniería para comprender requerimientos de proyecto
- Brindar soporte en actividades de prototipado, pruebas y validación junto con equipos de manufactura y calidad
- Apoyar en la preparación, organización y control de documentación técnica (planos, cálculos, archivos de proyecto)
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, procedimientos y lineamientos de ingeniería
- Recolectar datos y apoyar en la elaboración de reportes relacionados con actividades de ingeniería
Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo
- Estudiante activo o recién egresado (máximo 1 año de experiencia) de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín
- Sin experiencia profesional requerida (prácticas, proyectos académicos o internships son un plus)
- Conocimientos básicos en principios de ingeniería mecánica
- Manejo básico de software CAD (preferentemente AutoCAD, SolidWorks o similar)
- Interpretación de dibujos técnicos
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Inglés nivel medio hablado y escrito
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en León
