Process Engineer

Your role

1. As the first responsible person for mass production, coordinated and led the solution of technical problems of mass production products, improved yield and efficiency, and reduced manufacturing costs;
2. Process optimization and formulation of standard process routes, participating in new process development;
3. Formulate and adjust the corresponding process parameters, reduce the defective repair rate, put forward suggestions on improving the yield rate, and ensure the smooth production of the production line;
4. Collect, summarize and feedback the problems in the process implementation of the product, and provide improvement methods and experimental verification of the effectiveness of measures until the anomaly is effectively improved;
5. Responsible for organizing training and guidance for the operators of each process in the workshop on the process flow;
6. Coordinate and coordinate the process business and development planning of the section to ensure the achievement of operation indicators.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

1. 3-5 years working experience in electrolyte process, master degree or above, major in materials, mechanics, electrochemistry, physics, chemistry and other related majors is preferred;
2. Provide relevant technical support to the production site, analyze and deal with on-site anomalies, solve technical and process problems, optimize the process, improve efficiency and reduce costs;
3. Able to actively learn at work, forge ahead, create or introduce new technologies and methods, and have a strong awareness of using new knowledge to improve and enhance work performance;
4. Strong logical thinking ability, independent design experiment, summary, report ability.
