Your duties

  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Umweltplanung bei operativen, fachlichen, konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Erstellen von Dokumenten (Protokolle, Übersichten, Anschreiben, Vertragsentwürfe etc.) und Ablage von Dokumenten
  • Vertragsmanagement und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Protokollführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Besprechungen
  • Aufnahmen und Dokumentationen vor Ort
  • Korrespondenzführung z. B. mit Behörden und Gutachtern
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei weiteren organisatorischen Aufgaben

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Assistenz
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Fachliches Verständnis für Naturschutz, Umweltplanung sowie Windenergie
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständig und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
