We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to strengthen our Group Legal Team, with a primary focus on Hungary, one of our most important markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing clear, business-oriented legal advice across the Group´s activities, including PV development, construction, operations and maintenance, energy storage, and power trading
- Supporting project financing processes by preparing and reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance throughout each transaction
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Delivering well‑reasoned legal opinions and participating in meetings and negotiations with partners and stakeholders
- Preparing corporate documents, filings, and official correspondence required for smooth company operations
- Contributing to the development and upkeeping of internal policies, procedures, and legal frameworks
- Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the Group's companies, ensuring timely adaptation
- Coordinating and managing cooperation with external law firms in Hungary and other relevant jurisdictions
- Identifying upcoming legal priorities, proposing solutions, and shaping both short‑ and long‑term action plans
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Law
- At least 4 years of professional experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or legal operations
- Native Hungarian and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles, and regulatory requirements
- Practical experience in contract management
- Knowledge of the Companies Act and related regulatory frameworks
- Proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Curiosity, engagement, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Exceptional attention to detail and a responsible, reliable approach to work
