We are now looking for an Assistant - General Management Power Quality to join our team in Västerås. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the General Management team, ensuring efficiency, structure, and high quality in day-to-day operations.

You will act as a trusted support to senior stakeholders and play a key role in coordinating activities, managing information, and enabling effective decision-making. You will also contribute to improving ways of working and supporting a professional and well-functioning organization. You will be part of the management team and report to the Manger of Power Quality.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the General Management team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and ensure structured planning of activities
  • Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate management meetings and key governance forums
  • Handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism
  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate internal processes such as NDA handling and documentation
  • Manage invoices and indirect procurrent
  • Support operational processes such as purchasing, data handling, and reporting
  • Lead the assistant team and drive continuous improvement to enable lean administration.
  • Support internal communication

Your background

  • Experience from a similar role within administration, coordination, or executive/management support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and general IT tools
  • Experience working with documentation, reporting, and structured processes
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Experience from working in a global or corporate environment is a strong merit
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is required
