Your New Team
You will be part of the Document Management team, which is part of European Energy's Project Development unit. The team is responsible for systems, processes, and quality in project documentation. The success of our projects depends on the quality of documents shared across the entire value chain. With many internal and external stakeholders relying on accurate information, we collaborate closely across departments.

Your New Role
As our new Head of Documentation Management, you will lead a team of 3-5 Document Managers and Process Managers. You will play an instrumental role in taking document management to the next level in European Energy by ensuring that business goals related to quality improvements and project documentation are translated into clear processes and workstreams. One of your key tasks will be to develop the area into a highly efficient setup where you will be part of a Team that defines, develops, and implements a new Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) that will cover all project documentation across our 25 markets.
You will guide the team in streamlining workflows and developing Document Management systems, policies, and standards, and ensure that you build a bridge between the subject matter experts in Document Management and the business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Document Controllers, IT, and project managers across departments and countries.
Areas of Responsibility
- Implementation of EDMS, including preparation of requirements specifications
- Implement and strengthen the discipline of Document Management within European Energy
- Drive the change across the organisation towards higher quality and efficiency within document management
- Map and streamline document workflows
- Ensure training and education in document tools and practices
- Act as an ambassador for best practices in document management
Your Profile
- Experience in a management role, where you have had team responsibility for subject matter experts
- Experience with process optimization, change management, and system implementation
- Proficiency in EDMS, Microsoft 365, MS Office, and PDF-editing software, and relevant certifications in Document Management
- Experience in applying AI to an organization's systems and processes is a clear advantage
- Relevant experience within the energy industry is a clear advantage
- Fluency in English; Danish language skills are an advantage
