YOUR MISSIONS
The O&M Site Manager will be responsible for generating value for the company, providing an Engineering level with quality, in the Operation & Maintenance Department, with professionalism and an attitude above average in Ireland, by highly skilled professionals.
The main responsibilities include:
- Management of all required resources of a specific Area where the PV plants are located;
- Responsible for organizing and coordinate maintenance activities managing technical teams throughout the area, in order to meet the established contract commitments;
- Responsible for the full compliance with scope of works and KPI's contractually defined with and respective interfacing with Clients;
- Participate and lead, hands-on, on the most complex maintenance activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with team of field technicians;
- Evaluate and propose the best solutions to perform retrofit, revamping and improvements on the PV plants;
- Management of guarantees with suppliers;
- Compliance with all company procedures and guidelines;
- Assure the correct usage of Softwares and systems available to support the O&M activities;
- Responsible for Ensure and control the correct implementation of good practices, legal, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;
- Interface Grid Operators and all the local stakeholders involved in the implementation of O&M activities;
Always be prepared to attend and support to emergencies on the installations she/he manages:
- Participate in Integrated Commissioning & Start-up of new contracts;
- Assist to Recruit and train a structure of maintenance technicians in order to set up preventive maintenance plans according to the needs of the O&M contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:

Electrotechnical Engineering degree;

At least, 3 years of experience in similar functions in the renewable energy sector (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other);

Experience in Maintenance management processes and systems;

Knowledge of:

Medium Voltage and Power Electronics;

Technical Design;

Microsoft Office 365 proficiency;

Local language fluency and English (mandatory);

Availability for national and international travels.
