Job Description

Renvolt Energy is looking for an O&M Contract Manager to be involved on a portfolio of projects across all energies and geographies within O&M Business Line, supporting the project team on contractual and legal aspects. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of O&M Contracts for PV Solar Plant across the different regions in the scope;
  • Negotiate the subcontract with the sub-suppliers;
  • Improve internal contract templates considering Lessons Learned and stakeholders inputs;
  • Prepare the summary of the contract to enable decision making process;
  • Support during contract negotiation by performing contract risk assessments and related risk mitigation plan;
  • Prepare the contractual mark-up analysis and revisions and advising the management about the risk exposure and deal breakers;
  • Lead signature process (documents compilation, sanity check, and Request for Commitments);
  • Manage Contractual correspondence during contract execution;
  • Risk management;
  • Execution of Addendum/ change orders management;
  • Management of the project contractual documentation;
  • Management of claims;
  • Implementation and follow-up of the contractual procedures on the project management field;
  • Implementation and follow-up of KPI to monitor project contractual performances;
  • Information to the project team about the main risks;
  • Follow-up of the proper implementation of the internal rules and of the different applicable laws.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Degree in Engineering, Management or Law;
  • Legal and/or contract management training in the area of implementation of international industrial projects;
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager (experience as a Legal Counsel, Project Manager or Procurement Manager is also appreciated);
  • Good knowledge of the energy sector;
  • Knowledge of principles of O&M contracts, PV technology and industrial projects;
  • Financial knowledge (P&L of a contract, income statement, billing and payment);
  • English proficiency;
