Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Manager, responsible for leading a large, complex client program and ensuring successful delivery across cost, performance, and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders, provides leadership to a high-performing team, and supports financial and contractual oversight. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience managing large-scale projects or programs, and a willingness to learn within a client-driven environment.

  • Lead one or more complex client programs, overseeing scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Act as a key client contact over time, supporting program reviews, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, legal, analytics, and administration.
  • Provide people leadership with direct reports and indirect oversight of a larger execution team.
  • Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost tracking, with leadership support.
  • Execute contracts to ensure compliance, performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Support contract amendments, scope changes, and modifications in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Track KPIs, financial targets, and client satisfaction metrics, addressing risks as they arise.
  • Analyze program challenges, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.
  • Establish milestones and ensure alignment with program goals and client needs.

Exciting candidates will have...

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience managing projects or programs with budget exposure.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, construction or customer service industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Microsoft 365).
  • Critical thinking skills and confidence making decisions in complex environments.
  • Formal program or project management experience is an asset.
  • Exposure to contract management or client-facing agreements is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an asset.

Targeted Compensation

$95,000

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements

If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.
