Deine Aufgaben

Für ein großes Energieinfrastrukturprojekt im Offshore-Bereich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Fachprojektleitung mit Fokus auf die Koordination von Fremdleitungsbetreibern (m/w/d). Die Tätigkeit wäre zu größtem Teil remote möglich und zu den Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kreuzungs- oder Annäherungsvereinbarungen mit Fremdleitungseigentümern (z. B. Pipeline, HV‑Kabel, Glasfaser) abschließen
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Offshore Gestattungs- und Nutzungsverträgen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen technischem Projektteam, Rechtsabteilung und Behörden
  • Monitoring vertraglicher Lieferpflichten und Fristen
  • Planung und Koordination von Approval-Prozessen für Arbeiten in der Nähe von Fremdleitungen
  • Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Methodenbeschreibungen hinsichtlich Anforderungen der Fremdleitungsbetreiber
  • Risikomanagement, Sicherstellen von Genehmigungen, Auflagen und Zustimmungen
  • Strukturierung und Zusammenfassung von Genehmigungsauflagen inkl. Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Trainings für Projektteams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern und Projektingenieuren

Anforderungen & deine Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Maritime Technik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Min. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Offshore‑Projekten, Infrastruktur, Kabel‑ oder Pipelineprojekten oder vergleichbaren technischen Großprojekten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit vertraglichen Themen, idealerweise Erfahrung im Management technischer Verträge (keine juristische Prüfung erforderlich).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden, Genehmigungsprozessen und Planfeststellung
  • Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder‑Management, Kommunikationsstärke und Risikobewusstsein.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
