Job Description

Drive operational excellence and team engagement
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team on a 5-shift schedule, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety standards. The 5-shift rotation means working 12.25 hours for 4 consecutive days, followed by 6 days off, and then 4 consecutive night shifts of 12.25 hours, then 6 days off. Your role is pivotal in achieving tonnage targets, reducing scrap, and maintaining high engagement levels. You will collaborate across departments to secure raw material flow, optimize machine efficiency, and ensure operators receive planned training.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve production goals
- Ensure safety compliance and initiate improvement activities
- Optimize changeovers to maximize machine efficiency (OEE)
- Oversee operator training and maintain skills matrix
- Reduce scrap through active participation in improvement projects
You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with planning, HSE, maintenance, and quality teams. The position is based in Asnaes.

- Knowledge of production-related IT systems (SAP, D4, Maximo, IA, Cockpit)
- Strong MS Office skills Preferred: Experience in optimizing production processes
