Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Planung von Transformationsinitiativen, inklusive Recherchen, Analysen sowie der Erstellung von Zielbildern, Maßnahmen und Entscheidungsunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit in der operativen Durchführung von Initiativen, z. B. durch Organisation und Begleitung von Workshops und Meetings sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Statusberichten
  • Verantwortung für die Aufbereitung, Dokumentation und Erstellung von Management-Reportings, inklusive Visualisierungen, Prozessdarstellungen und strukturierter Ablage
  • Durchführung von Analyse- und Recherchearbeiten, z. B. Auswertung qualitativer und quantitativer Daten sowie Ableitung relevanter Insights zur Vorbereitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Du hast idealerweise (mindestens) das zweite Semester erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) mit
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement, Daten- und Geschäftsanalysen oder Digitalisierung sind von Vorteil
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du bringst eine gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit mit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1), Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
