Zakres obowiązków
- Księgowanie dokumentów kosztowych, faktur zakupu i sprzedaży
- Rozliczanie kart kredytowych i podróży służbowych
- Księgowanie wyciągów bankowych i rozliczeń międzyokresowych kosztów
- Przygotowywanie płatności
- Bieżąca analiza i weryfikacja zapisów oraz sald kont księgowych (księga główna i księgi pomocnicze)
- Wsparcie przy sporządzaniu miesięcznych i rocznych sprawozdań finansowych zgodnie z wymogami grupy
- Współpraca z zagranicznymi biurami rachunkowymi, w tym wsparcie w rozliczaniu deklaracji VAT, CIT, WHT
- Współpraca z audytorami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi
Nasze wymagania
- Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy w dziale księgowości na samodzielnym stanowisku
- Wykształcenie kierunkowe z zakresu rachunkowości lub finansów
- Znajomość systemu Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central będzie dodatkowym atutem
- Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację mailową
- Bardzo dobra znajomość programu Microsoft Excel
- Dokładność, rzetelność oraz dbałość o szczegóły
