About the job
No experience in wind? No problem. We train you from zero.
This role is especially suitable for people with construction or technical background who want to move into the wind industry.
You will join our Installation Team and help build onshore wind turbines across Europe.
You'll work side by side with experienced technicians and learn the job in real conditions.

What you will do
- Help unload and prepare turbine parts on site
- Support installation of towers, nacelles and hubs
- Use tools and follow technical drawings and instructions
- Work safely and follow site rules
- Cooperate with the team to complete the project on time
What you need
- Basic skills with power tools
- Category B driving licence
- Communicative English (min. B1)
- Ready to travel and work in rotation system
- Readiness to work as self-employed B2B
- Good physical condition
- No fear of heights
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Available to Travel around EU Region (EU Passport/Work Permit)
Construction experience, mechanical skills, car repair, technical school background or regular hands-on work with tools are strongly preferred.
If you have worked in construction, assembly, mechanics or similar technical jobs - this role is for you.
