  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft der VSB-Gruppe, basierend vorwiegend auf SAP S/4HANA
  • Schaffen von Akzeptanz und Mehrwert der ERP-Landschaft für das Business
  • Funktion als technisches Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Implementierungspartnern
  • Ganzheitliche Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Prozessoptimierungen, Benutzerinteraktionen und Stammdaten-Konzepten
  • Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Anforderungen der Fachbereiche sowie des Konzerns hinsichtlich deren Abbildung und Realisierung im ERP-System
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops, Customizing-Tätigkeiten sowie Funktions- und Integrationstests
  • Definition, Umsetzung und Wartung von Schnittstellen zur angrenzenden Systemlandschaft
  • Technische Verantwortung für die ERP-Landschaft in Projekten und im laufenden Betrieb
  • Übernahme von (Teil)projekten

So machst Du den Unterschied

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Bereich der Anwendungsadministration, Projektarbeit und ERP-Beratung, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der Planung, Umsetzung, Migration und dauerhaften Betreuung von ERP-Systemen, bevorzugt SAP S/4HANA
  • Erfahrungen mit weiteren ERP-Lösungen, u.a. MS Business Central sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Wissensarbeiter, Projektentwicklung, Ingenieurbüros und deren Umsetzung im ERP-System
  • Fähigkeit, formulierte Anforderungen und funktionalen Bedarf zu erkennen und zu unterscheiden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie ein selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) erforderlich, Französisch von Vorteil
