Job Description
O Departamento de Service é responsável pelo bom funcionamento dos parques eólicos dos nossos clientes, assegurando os mais altos níveis de desempenho de cada turbina durante toda a sua vida útil. Trabalha para assegurar que as turbinas estejam operacionais na sua capacidade máxima, proporcionando o melhor rendimento energético possível aos clientes. Como tal, a equipa é fundamental para manter a fidelidade dos clientes a longo prazo. O Técnico de Service utiliza competências e formação para realizar trabalhos de manutenção nas turbinas eólicas atribuídas. O Técnico seguirá horários e procedimentos específicos, incluindo protocolo de segurança, serviço de turbinas ou processos de instalação, e outras instruções directas e detalhadas, verbais e escritas.
Responsabilidades
De acordo com o Supervisor de Service, as principais tarefas são:
- Assegurar que os procedimentos de saúde e segurança, e os requisitos de qualidade da Vestas são seguidos
- Realizar tarefas de manutenção preventiva e correctiva
- Manutenção de turbinas eólicas Vestas em parques eólicos de clientes em toda a região
- Monitorizar o desempenho do WTG
- Relatar as condições das turbinas e recolher dados das turbinas para análise de investigação
- Estabelecer contactos profissionais e eficazes com os clientes sempre que necessário
Qualificações
- 1 ano de formação técnica em Engenharia Electrotécnica ou Mecânica OU uma formação técnica por exemplo em Engenharia Electrotécnica / Mecânica
- Mínimo 1 ano de experiência de trabalho numa posição semelhante, tal como na indústria da electricidade ou da manutenção
Competências
- Capacidade de ler, interpretar e compreender desenhos e esquemas básicos
- A capacidade de trabalhar em alturas e em condições climatéricas variáveis
- Boas competências informáticas no Microsoft Office, bem como competências de software para recolha de dados e relatórios
- Boa compreensão de inglês escrito e falado e falante nativo de português
- Carta de Condução válida
