Job Description

As our new Project Manager in the Renewable division, you will be a valuable member of the Service Wind team, whose mission is to execute service projects across disciplines for offshore wind assets. You will have the chance to drive all aspects of the project process - from initial client inquiries to final execution. Your place of work will be in New Bedford. The position is full-time, and you can expect limited travel.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects with cross-functional teams, external partners, and customers. You will be responsible from the initiation and tender of the project, to deliver a solution and finally execute it offshore. This happens collaborating with various teams across the organisation and externally.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • You will have the end-to-end responsibility for specific projects in the Service team.
  • Driving projects with team members and stakeholders to reach deadlines, managing risk, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinating project related activities across various teams internally and externally.
  • Ensure proper and streamlined communication to stakeholders in all parts of the projects.
  • Running smaller and bigger projects at the same time together with the project teams
  • Coordinate and plan work packages for execution, both on- and offshore.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns during initiation and execution of projects.

  • Broad know-how of wind asset systems and technologies from the Offshore wind industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems and/or Mechanical Systems.
  • The educational background is broad but could be as Marine Engineer, Technical Manager or Engineer that has developed to a Project Manager.
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Experience with project management of larger and smaller scale projects or programs.
