Referent Grundstücksmanagement (m/w/d)

in Voll- oder Teilzeit (32-40 Std./Woche)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

  • Controlling der Flächensicherung für Wind- und Solarparks in Deutschland
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zur vertraglichen Flächensicherung - z. B. Korrektur und Vervollstädigung von Verträgen
  • Anforderung und Kontrolle von Grundbüchern
  • Erstellung, Versand und Controlling von Dienstbarkeiten bis zur Grundbucheintragung sowie Einholung von Rangrücken
  • Begleitung von Projektfinanzierungen im Hinblick auf die schuldrechtliche und dingliche Flächensicherung
  • Anlegen, Verwalten und Pflege von Datenbanken
  • Kommunikation mit Grundstückseigentümern, projektfinanzierenden Banken, Notariaten, Grundbuchämtern sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellung von Datenräumen für die Projektfinanzierung und mögliche Projektverkäufe
  • Allgemeine abteilungsorganisatorische Aufgaben und Bürotätigkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich oder als Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellter (m/w/d)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word
  • Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Offene, kommunikative Art und keine Scheu vor dem Kontakt mit Banken, Notariaten und Grundstückseigentümern
