Werde Teil unseres M&A-Teams in Bremen als Junior Projektmanager M&A (m/w/d)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

  • Erarbeitung detaillierter Unternehmens- und Projektdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung des Financial Modelling sowie Unternehmens- bzw. Projektbewertungen
  • Begleitung der Organisation und Durchführung von Due Diligence Prüfungen
  • Unterstützung der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams interner Fachabteilungen sowie externer Berater
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung (z.B. durch Praktika) im Bereich Corporate Finance, einer Bank, der Wirtschaftsprüfung, einer Unternehmensberatung oder im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und deine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
