IT Systemadministrator*in - Microsoft 365 & Client Management

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und nimmst unsere Client-Hardware wie Notebooks, mobile Endgeräte und Peripheriegeräte in Betrieb
  • Du wirkst aktiv an IT-Projekten mit, insbesondere beim Aufbau und der Administration von Microsoft Intune zur Geräteverwaltung, bei der Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur und beim Ressourcen- und Infrastrukturmanagement in Microsoft Azure
  • Du unterstützt unsere Anwenderinnen und Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support bei Hard- und Softwarestörungen - sowohl am Standort als auch per Remoteverbindung (z. B. TeamViewer)
  • Du übernimmst die Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung in der Microsoft-Welt auf Basis von Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
  • Du installierst, pflegst und dokumentierst Softwarelösungen und trägst so zu einer transparenten und stabilen Systemlandschaft bei
  • Gelegentliche Durchführung von Standortbesuchen an unseren Standorten in Norddeutschland

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration oder ein vergleichbares Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik); auch Quereinsteiger*innen mit mehrjähriger relevanter IT-Erfahrung sind willkommen
  • Du fühlst dich in der Microsoft-Welt zuhause und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Azure
  • Du sprichst Deutsch (C2-Niveau) und verfügst über Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, kannst flexibel auf Veränderungen reagieren
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz mit und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen - du verstehst dich als interner Dienstleister und Partner
  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
