How You'll Make An Impact
- Drive compliance to standard work and implement effective process controls
- Investigate defects, test failures, and customer issues to identify root causes
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
- Analyze production and quality data to support problem-solving efforts
- Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and PFMEAs
- Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality standards are met
- Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., root cause analysis, Lean, DMAIC)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
