You will establish end-to-end digital workflows, interfacing with lab validation to reduce development time and costs. How You'll Make an Impact
- Development and execution of a digital-first AI-based materials discovery strategy across end-to-end workflows
- Design and integration of advanced AI/ML models, multi-scale simulations, and physics-based approaches
- Creation of digital material twins and simulation pipelines from data generation to validation
- Implementation of closed-loop learning between modeling, simulation, and experimental validation
- Leadership of interdisciplinary teams and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, IT, and business
- Translation of scientific insights into scalable applications, innovation roadmaps, and external partnerships
What You Bring
- Completed PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in R&D or engineering with focus on computational materials science and simulation
- Strong expertise in AI/ML methods and large-scale data processing in HPC environments
- Solid understanding of multi-scale modeling and integration of computational and experimental approaches
- Experience in industrial R&D, innovation programs, and cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent communication skills in English combined with strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and a proactive, analytical mindset
