Your qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wind turbine installation projects
- Experience as Installation Coordinator, Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role on Enercon projects
- Very good technical knowledge within mechanical, electrical and construction scope
- Experience in team coordination, site operations and project execution
- Communicative level of English (B1/B2)
- German language skills will be considered an advantage but are not required
- Valid driving license
- Medical fitness for physically demanding onsite work
- Strong focus on safety, quality and meeting project deadlines
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate technicians onsite
- Willingness to travel worldwide and work on rotational assignment
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility and readiness to work in an international environment

Your Role
- Coordinating installation teams during all project stages onsite
- Supporting Team Leaders in daily operations and task execution
- Ensuring work is performed according to manuals, work instructions, checklists and safety standards
- Planning daily work schedules and coordinating manpower, tools and equipment
- Participating in site inspections and project planning activities
- Monitoring safety performance and acting as a role model onsite
- Cooperating daily with clients, project management and HSE teams
- Reporting project progress, extra costs and time consumption
- Supporting technicians in solving technical and operational issues
- Conducting toolbox talks together with HSE Officer
- Verifying working hours and maintaining internal project documentation
- Sharing technical knowledge and mentoring technicians onsite
- Supporting continuous improvement, training and team development
