Your Role

  • Coordinate installation teams on site throughout all project stages while ensuring work is completed according to project plans, safety, quality, and budget standards
  • Organize daily work together with Team Leads, prepare schedules, support technicians during installation, and solve operational issues on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, manuals, work instructions, and company standards while acting as a role model for safe operations
  • Maintain daily communication and coordination with clients, Project Managers, HSE Officers, and internal departments
  • Participate in site inspections, project planning, toolbox meetings, reporting, and working time verification
  • Share technical knowledge and support the development, mentoring, and continuous training of technicians and Installation Coordinators
