We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support a large-scale recruitment project focused on attracting skilled wind turbine technicians across global markets.
This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid model from: Poland / Germany / Denmark / UK
Your qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the wind industry, recruiting technical and electrical profiles such as Blade Technicians, Troubleshooters, Mechanics, Electricians, Team Leaders, and other specialized wind technician roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- International recruitment experience
- Very good English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Global Mobility or cross-border hiring processes
- Experience with employer branding or retention initiative
Your Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for wind turbine technicians and technical positions
- Cooperate closely with Hiring Managers and Resource Planning teams
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Support onboarding coordination and candidate documentation processes
- Contribute to retention initiatives, recruitment reporting, and employer branding activities
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
