Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage and develop contract delivery teams, including planning, performance monitoring, coaching, and capability building.
- Drive effective planning and resource allocation, ensuring optimal prioritization of tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and value creation within existing customer contracts.
- Monitor contract performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely issue resolution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices in contract delivery and management.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-centric team culture.
Role Expectations
Business Impact: Manage contract delivery within a defined operational scope or mid-sized contracts, ensuring achievement of key performance objectives.
Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of contract delivery and power plant operations.
Innovation & Improvement: Apply established processes while contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency.
Leadership: Lead, organize, and allocate resources effectively to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, actively incorporating feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional qualification in Business Management is an advantage.
- 12+ years of experience, including minimum 5 years in a managerial role in power plant O&M.
- Proven experience in customer relationship and contract management.
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial terms.
- Prior experience in Wärtsilä Engine Power Plant operations (managerial capacity preferred).
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
