Job Description
We're excited to welcome a tech-savvy connector to our Sales & Marketing IT team in Munich - someone who bridges the gap between smart digital tools and the people who use them every day. If you love making CRM systems sing and websites work harder for sales teams, read on:
- You will gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Digital Planning teams to configure and maintain CRM modules covering leads, opportunities, accounts, and campaign management - keeping everything running smoothly and purposefully.
- You will support website-related applications including content management systems, lead capture forms, and their integration with CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless digital journey from first click to closed deal.
- You will contribute to CRM and website projects such as relaunches, new campaign rollouts, and marketing automation initiatives, coordinating the flow of data between web, automation tools, and CRM systems.
- You will serve as the go-to for 2nd-level support on CRM and website incidents, troubleshooting lead flow issues, campaign execution hiccups, and data quality challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset.
- You will drive process improvements across Marketing-to-Lead (MTL) workflows and digital engagement channels, documenting configurations, integrations, and processes for long-term clarity and scalability.
- You will support customer and prospect master data management, handling service requests and incident resolution with precision and a strong service orientation.
Your profile
Alright, alright - that sounds like quite the adventure, doesn't it? Now, to thrive in this role and grow with us for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - and you bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce (Sales or Marketing Cloud), HubSpot, or similar tools.
- You are familiar with CMS platforms like AEM, TYPO3, or WordPress, and you understand how websites and digital channels connect to CRM ecosystems.
- You have a solid grasp of marketing automation and lead management processes, and you know your way around basic web analytics and tracking concepts.
- You understand sales and marketing funnels from end to end, and you can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Digital Planning.
- You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English at a professional level (C1 or above); German is a welcome bonus (B1 or above).
- You are structured, proactive, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a multinational team - with a detail-oriented, service-first mindset that keeps stakeholders happy.
Nice to have: Experience with SEO/SEM or digital marketing platforms; knowledge of GDPR-compliant data handling for marketing; exposure to multi-country European marketing rollouts.
