Description de poste
Le Pôle Transport et Transformation d'Energie de VINCI Energies souhaite renforcer les compétences de pilotage d'offres grands projets au sein de la direction Grands projets.
Cette direction a pour mission :
- de piloter l'élaboration et la soumission d'offres « grand projet ».
- d'organiser la Direction de Projet de ces projets en phase exécution.
Actuellement, cette direction est impliquée sur les projets HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) en France. Elle pourrait à l'avenir être aussi impliquée sur d'autres projets d'infrastructures et de systèmes.
Dans ce cadre, nous renforçons notre équipe d'offre et d'exécution. Le/la Lead Scheduler / Responsable Planification sera impliqué.e. sur les offres impliquant plusieurs business units de VINCI Energies, d'autres entités du groupe VINCI, ou des partenaires externes (fabricants) ainsi que sur l'exécution desdits projets.
Le/la Lead Scheduler / Responsable Planification planifiera des opérations en phase offre (offres globales, multi systèmes, multi lots, en groupement, en France ou à l'étranger), et apportera de la méthodologie en phase exécution.
Il/elle reportera au Senior Tender Leader du pôle Transport et Transformation d'Energie.
Missions
- Phase Offre
- Prépare le planning des projets en phase offre (planning niveau 1 ou 2)
- Coordonne les différentes parties prenantes : internes, externes, pour obtenir un planning concerté et coordonné
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Senior Tender Leader
- Phase Exécution
- Définit le schedule reporting et les règles d'or planning
- Contrôle la qualité des planning d'exécution
- Assure le support technique auprès des planners projets
Est le/la référent.e. expert de Primavera P6 à toutes les phases du projet.
Profil recherché
Vous avez 10 ans d'expérience, dont 5 ans sur P6 - Primavera.
Vous avez déjà pu expérimenter des projets EPC (domaines : power generation, T&D, O&G, Mobilité) et multi-systèmes, supérieurs à 50m€.
Vous disposez d'un Anglais professionnel.
Vous êtes de formation ingénieur généraliste ou équivalent.
Vous alliez au quotidien des qualités d'organisation, de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité et de communication opérationnelle.
