Take ownership of high-performing solar assets and help power a cleaner future? At EDF Power Solutions, you'll play a key role in managing renewable energy projects and supporting our journey to net zero through smart, data-led asset management.
The Opportunity
As an Asset Manager, you'll take the lead on a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring they perform safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to optimise performance and deliver long-term value across each site.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel for meetings and site activities across the UK and Ireland. You'll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in various locations, including visits to operational sites when needed.

Who You Are
We're looking for an Asset Manager who is organised, analytical and confident managing key stakeholder relationships. You'll bring a proactive mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. To be shortlisted, you need to offer...
- Proven experience managing key accounts and stakeholder relationships
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced use of Excel and reporting tools
- Experience using monitoring platforms to track and respond to asset performance
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing maintenance activities
- Demonstrable ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records
- Experience contributing to process improvement or operational restructuring initiatives
- Ideally having some experience working within the Solar PV or wider renewables sector, with responsibility for asset performance, although not essential.

- Managing a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance
- Monitoring asset data daily, identifying issues and coordinating timely resolutions
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers
- Analysing performance metrics and producing regular reports with actionable insights
- Supporting continuous improvement through process development and system enhancements
