Assets Performance department is looking for a Network Assets Performance Specialist

What you will do

  • Provide cross-functional support across the various activities and responsibilities of the Asset Performance
  • Define and coordinate the implementation of the digitalization and performance monitoring strategy for network technical assets;
  • Ensure the performance and reliability management of network technical assets based on monitoring data, inspections, and advanced analytics;
  • Identify and prioritize proactive and predictive interventions aimed at improving asset performance in the short term, while ensuring effective follow-up and execution;
  • Coordinate processes for the identification and prioritization of short-term replacement of network assets exhibiting high failure rates, imminent failure risks, and/or accelerated degradation, ensuring proper execution tracking and quality of service (QoS) compliance;
  • Support the development and implementation of performance monitoring, condition assessment, fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance systems for network assets;
  • Collaborate in the implementation of real-time alarm management and operational monitoring solutions;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management methodologies, leveraging data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics;
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance network reliability, operational efficiency, and asset lifecycle management.

What are we looking for

  • Master's Degree or 5-Year Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering,
  • Knowledge and/or at least 5 years of professional experience in electrical distribution network and electrical machines and protection systems,
  • Performance-oriented analytics for electrical power systems,
  • Advanced data analytics skills,
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical machines, implementation of industrial monitoring and instrumentation systems and design and/or maintenance of electrical distribution networks.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
