Nous cherchons actuellement un Account manager (H/F) dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité près de Reims à partir d'août :

Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable des opérations, vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

  • Etablir une relation de confiance avec les clients ( répondre à leurs demandes, organiser des réunions, etc...)
  • Assurer l'application des contrats de maintenance, le suivi et la mise à jour
  • Identifier et vendre les améliorations techniques potentielles avec le support technique ainsi que les prestations hors contrat
  • Identifier les opportunités de contractualisation liées aux contrats de maintenance et de vente
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les clients et les équipes techniques
  • Assurer le reporting de l'activité

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation en ventes, commerce international
  • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle confirmée de 3-5 ans en gestion de portefeuille clients (idéalement dans un secteur technique) avec un fort sens du service et de la satisfaction client
  • Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet d'échanger aisément avec les clients à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre excellente communication, vous êtes capable de simplifier et expliquer des sujets techniques
