What we're looking for

We are looking for multiple Senior Data Analysts to join our operations, marketing, product, and corporate finance data analytics groups. The senior analyst will develop key metrics to measure customer health and company performance, enable business users to extensively self-serve on data, provide ad hoc query support, and identify business insights to optimize our biggest cost drivers.

What you'll do

  • Build critical reports to execute critical, data-based operations
  • Develop key metrics to measure customer health and company performance, with an eye toward your assigned stakeholder and the rest of the business
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholder counterparts, including helping them define their needs and scope requirements
  • Provide varying, ad hoc query support as needed to unblock active business challenges
  • Be a subject matter expert on all key business data and help ensure consistent use of that data by all analytics teams, including via documentation and peer mentorship
  • As one of the first senior analytics hires, help establish the culture and processes for Arcadia's analytics team

What will help you succeed

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or related field
  • Consistent record of proactive exploratory data analysis, distilling actionable insights and recommendations, and telling a story with data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including with senior stakeholders and with analytics peers
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Fundamental quantitative statistical skills like calculating statistical significance
  • Comfortable managing a combination of fast-paced ad hoc work and long-term projects
  • Extensive experience BI tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Basics of Python or R
  • Familiarity with dbt or other data modeling systems and techniques
  • Experience working with business and operational teams
