How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead high-impact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector-delivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
- Drive business growth by identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
- Champion innovation by designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Steer project success through expert contract negotiation, proposal development, and the application of advanced sales and stakeholder engagement techniques.
- Ensure project excellence by conducting thorough risk assessments and guaranteeing delivery in line with contractual commitments.
- Elevate team performance by enhancing tools and processes, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of complex projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.
Your Background
- Master degree or PhD in a relevant field with substantial experience in the electricity sector.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience as energy consultant and previous experience as a Team Lead.
- Proven expertise in tools like PSSE, Power Factory, PSCAD and ETAP and other development tools as Python.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, economic, and operational challenges in the electricity market.
- Experience participating in large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
