Job Description
Join Hitachi Energy as a Site Engineer and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you'll make an impact
- You will supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- You will conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment.
- You will liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth project progression.
- You will assist in the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for on-site operations, and implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on site.
- You will verify the accuracy of delivered materials and equipment against specifications.
- You will participate in site meetings and provide technical input.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role, preferably within large-scale industrial or electrical projects.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic site environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on various project sites as needed.
