Job Description

In your new position as Trouble Shooting Support for the Nordergr??nde Project you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Team whose mission is to support the execution of trouble shooting tasks.

Your place of work will be at Emden, Hamburg or in Hooksiel to support the Nordergr??nde Project. The position is full-time, and depending on your work location, you can expect to travel 10% per year.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Trouble Shooting Support, you will be the central point of coordination for analysing, prioritizing, and driving the resolution of technical incidents in our offshore wind operations.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and prioritizing fault reports from the offshore wind farm Nordergr??nde
- Supporting remote troubleshooting and coordinating troubleshooting activities between offshore teams, service providers, and OEMs
- Preparing incident reports, root cause analyses and tracking incidents and tickets until full resolution
- Identifying project risks
- Rolling out new software versions
- Establishing and monitoring quality standards and targets
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and fast responding person who is passionate about trouble shooting and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have an analytical and structured troubleshooting approach and are eager to apply your knowledge in the offshore wind power sector.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable energy (or a comparable field) or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through other means
- IPMA Level D would be a great add-on to your experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Trouble Shooting for complex projects in the offshore wind or substation power sector
- Solid technical understanding of wind farm systems
- Ability to interpret technical data, logs, and error messages
- Proficiency in both English as well as German in written and spoken form
- Experience working with MS Project and Office
- Well Structured and organised approach
- Knowledge of safety standards relevant to Trouble Shooting
