Job Description

In your new position as Maintenance Support in the Renewables division, you will be a valuable member of the Nordergr??nde project team whose mission is to successfully execute the Service Project. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be in Hamburg, Emden or in Hooksiel. The position is full-time and depending on your final work place you can expect to travel 10% per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As Maintenance Support, you will be responsible for providing essential technical, logistical, and administrative support to keep wind turbines and infrastructure running efficiently.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for offshore wind turbines
  • Closely collaborating with our Project Planner and acting as the central interface between offshore teams, service providers, and internal departments
  • Preparing and scheduling maintenance campaigns, including resource allocation
  • Ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks in line with operational priorities
  • Managing spare parts availability, inventory and equipment
  • Preparing work orders, job plans, and technical documentation for offshore execution
  • Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented, structured and analytical person who is passionate about Maintenance Support and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have a proactive and reliable approach to your work and are eager to contribute to a safe and smooth offshore operation.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or operations support
  • Experience in wind energy and offshore environments is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of wind turbine systems
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, condition-based)
  • Proficiency in both English as well as German in written and spoken form
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with focus on efficiency and optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
