Als Medewerker HSE ben jij een herkenbaar aanspreekpunt op onze Renewable Gases locaties in Nederland en (net over de grens) in België , werk je zelfstandig én ben je veel onderweg. Jij helpt mee om veiligheid zichtbaar beter te maken . Je weet snel verbinding te maken met collega's op de werkvloer, ziet wat er speelt en weet precies wanneer je moet bijsturen, ondersteunen of adviseren - altijd met oog voor veiligheid én praktische haalbaarheid.

Als verbinder zorg jij ervoor dat:

  • Collega's op een toegankelijke en duidelijke manier worden meegenomen in veilig en verantwoord werken, zodat de (VGM) regels en richtlijnen echt gaan leven op de locaties.
  • Je medewerkers én leidinggevenden ondersteunt en adviseert met direct toepasbare tips en heldere uitleg - gevraagd en ongevraagd.
  • Het VGM managementsysteem‑ in de praktijk goed blijft werken, doordat jij ziet wat op de locaties nodig is, knelpunten signaleert en helpt om procedures actueel, uitvoerbaar en begrijpelijk te houden en te onderhouden.
  • Je risico's snel herkent én vanuit eventuele incidenten en dagelijkse signalen weet te vertalen naar duidelijke, haalbare en effectieve verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je op basis van dagelijkse observaties én eventuele incidenten ziet waar potentiële verbeteringen nodig zijn en deze samen met collega's oppakt.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu (VGM) of een andere relevante opleiding.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de industrie of techniek.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met VGM-systemen en -processen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
