You'll join the Electrical Cluster, a team of experts and technicians, where you'll play a key role in both operational projects and technical expertise development.

Our cluster combines practical field experience with deep technical knowledge. We are active on industrial sites, Engie power plants, and with various clients, performing measurements on cable systems and analyzing results to ensure reliability and safety. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Electrical Cable Field Engineer

  • Perform measurements and inspections on electrical cables at industrial sites and power plants.
  • Detect and locate cable faults, analyze results, and report findings.
  • Plan and carry out fieldwork independently, often traveling across Belgium.
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure safe and reliable cable operations.
  • Contribute to improving methods and sharing knowledge within the team.

YOUR PROFILE as Electrical Cable Field Engineer

  • Degree in electricity or electrical engineering.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience with electrical cables or similar fieldwork.
  • Hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently on site.
  • Communicates well in at least two of these languages: Dutch, French, English.
  • Holds a driving license and is willing to travel frequently.
  • Team player, open to flexible work arrangements, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Willing to evolve towards a test lead or expert role within the team in the future
